Project management duties included: pre-bid package reviews, scope of work reviews and approvals, subcontractor work plan reviews and approvals, subcontractor SOV (statement of values) review and approval, purchase and change order creation and approval, site volume tracking including cost forecasting and income tracking. Site management duties included: pre-construction planning operations, daily site/subcontractor work management, subcontractor schedule review and approval, SWPPP (Storm water Pollution Prevention Plan) implementation and inspections, health and safety implementation and inspections. Daily coordination and management of two field sampling crews. Collection and preparation of soil samples for XRF and laboratory testing. Field calibration and XRF testing and reporting including:quality control and management of sample result logs, sample tracking logs, collection and management of field GPS data.ENVIRONMENTAL SAMPLING TECH:Performed collection, processing, and shipping of soil, ground water,soil gas, construction debris and surface water samples on long term monitoring programs, treatment systems, emergency response actions and cleanup activities for projects ranging from 1 week to 3 months long.Managed the daily activities of up to (4) two-person sampling crews.
