My service, including combat tours in Afghanistan, taught me resilience and leadership. However, when I left the military in 2014, I faced a difficult transition to civilian life. Feeling lost and without direction, I reached out to well-known military charities for support, but I was placed on waiting lists and never received the help I desperately needed. Despite keeping the same phone number, I’m still waiting for those calls today.With no guidance and facing homelessness, I relied on my determination to rebuild my life. I taught myself the skills necessary to survive in the civilian world, eventually founding Motion Focus Media, which has grown into one of the UK’s leading marketing and video production companies, known for delivering impactful visual content and strategic marketing solutions.Despite my business success, I never forgot the struggles I faced during my transition. I knew that many other veterans were experiencing the same challenges. This realization led me to create Peak Potential.world, an online platform designed to empower individuals, particularly ex-forces personnel, by providing them with the tools, resources, and community they need to succeed.Peak Potential.world is accessible and affordable, offering services such as masterclasses, webinars, courses, and a supportive community. That’s why we’re dedicating 10% of our turnover to initiatives that support veterans in need, including accommodation, rehabilitation, education, and mental health counselling.
