Lead the Kuiper Customer Terminal Device program to enabling customers connections to the Kuiper Low Earth Orbit satellite internet network. Managed cross-functional program including electrical, mechanical, software, quality, compliance, finance, reliability, manufacturing, and material planning, ensuring the successful deliver multiple device builds (HVTs, EVT). Ensure Product Launch Readiness across multiple partners including forward and reverse logistics, supply-chain, risk buy, packaging, compliance, and factory.

Led software programs across multiple organizations (Engineering, Quality, Customer Support, Design, Compliance, Manufacturing, etc.) using a combination of Agile and Waterfall to deliver the Integrated Visual Augmentation System (IVAS) 1.0/1.1 that transform the US Army Solider experience. Staffed and led a team of 8 program manager.

Managed and led cross-geography multi-disciplinary (firmware/software & hardware) high-performance organization including accessory development and cross product technologies for Surface Products. Managed 8 directs and 35 Engineers. Successfully led and launched multiple accessories by working with (Surface Pen, Surface Pro Type Covers, Surface Dial and Docks) working across multiple disciplines and optimizing the customer experience and balancing ROI and technology readiness.

Led multi-disciplinary development organization (30 engineers, 5 directs) including hardware, firmware and validation. Managed budget of 25 million. Successfully launch multiple products including webcams, mice and keyboards using a variety of development models including CM, CDM, and ODM• Defined Product Portfolio roadmap with GMs and identified opportunities through technology roadmaps, customer valued features and/or marketing leading features.• Improved product execution created tightly integrated milestone process between SW/FW, HW and Test to improve predictability in delivering EV builds to MP.• Successfully transferred development capabilities for webcams and mice to China development partner to drive low-cost structure.

Led and Managed development organization (50 engineers, program managers and 5 directs) responsible for developing and delivering firmware and hardware to enable connectivity across Inkjet printers and All-in-One devices.• Led emerging Inkjet Product Portfolio and shipped HP’s first low cost ethernet printer and first Bluetooth printer.• Established Product Generation Development Process and led firmware development council across multiple divisions and drove convergence of software Product Lifecycle and development tools for 200 developers.• Led first offshoring inkjet firmware partnership with HP India. Successfully transferred architectural knowledge for ASIC bring up and tools/process.• Increased ink usage by enabling and delivering HP’s printer connect to appliance through an embedded printer SDK for Appliance printing.
