Lead team of Peripheral Engineering Project Managers to ensure the successful delivery of Enterprise product. Responsible for coordinating the development, release, and sustaining activities of peripheral devices involving cross functional engineering teams around the globe. Manage the part/BOM development and change management activities of those products through their lifecycle. Handle prototype logistics, budget, and schedule/communication management with global extended teams. Drive improvements to processes and internal tool capabilities in order to scale with growing offerings and global complexities.

Provided Project Management support for developing Blade and Monolithic Server products. Managed schedules, extended team communications, prototype build plans, and budgets in support of development timelines. Aligned mechanical, FW and Software activities in a very complex global environment.

Managed various teams in the organization responsible for a wide range of strategic, technical and analytical activities surrounding the Agile software suite, Team Track software suit, Configuration Management, and Document Management activities. This included the gathering of business requirements from cross functional teams and translating them into workable solutions for IT and tool administrators as well as providing user tool infrastructure support and training.

Responsibilities included analyzing bids and contracts for city, state and federal government agencies as well as large businesses for services to be sold with Dell hardware. Defined customized services for customers needing more than standard offerings. Worked with third party service providers to develop statements-of-work and finance teams to determine pricing for sales. Coordinated activities with service providers during implementation of Dell products to ensure custom services were received and executed according to agreed specifications and schedules.Product managed the development of Dell’s on-site 4/6 hour warranty coverage tool for sales agents and customers via the Dell website. For large Dell customers this tool reduced the time to know if 4 or 6-hour service capabilities where available in any zip code of the US from multiple days to minutes.
