Created and developed the new Customer Experience Center Training Program by merging the previous Customer Care Training Program with the previous Residential Sales Training Program into one entity. Developed former Customer Care Training Program for Customer Care Associates in the natural gas field. Program included training workbook, classroom instruction and continued training post program. Manage Training Team Leads for Commercial Sales, Customer Care and Residential Sales and Training Supervisor for Commercial Sales in Atlanta, Georgia office.
