I’ve successfully sold more than 250 Longview area homes in the span of 9 years. My expertise in local area real estate and my personalized attention to detail with clients ensures a smooth listing and closing process. Out of my commitment to build lifelong connections and serve the local community, I created The Next Step Foundation. This non-profit organization helps career-aspiring and goal-oriented students – whose limited financial resources may otherwise prevent them from continuing education beyond high school – reach their full academic potential. As a result, I’m pledging a portion of my real estate commissions to fund this scholarship program designed to remove the financial barriers to higher education for Cowlitz County students. To date The Next Step Foundation has donated over $50,000. The mission of the Arkell Properties & The Next Step Foundation is two-fold. First, we’re giving students an opportunity to continue to learn, grow, and control their future.
