Fortunately, I've learned from those circumstances, and with unwavering determination, I've harnessed the wisdom gained along the way.My journey includes overcoming drug and alcohol addiction in my twenties, enduring numerous surgeries for sports-related injuries, including a broken neck, and triumphing over cancer.After nearly two decades in the entertainment industry, I found my true calling as a recovery coach. My mission? To work alongside incredibly talented individuals battling addiction and mental health issues. Helping them realize their potential and transform their lives has become my greatest fulfillment.With over three decades of sobriety under my belt, I'm a pioneer in the Recovery Coaching field. My niche? Collaborating with some of the world's most iconic rock stars, actors, and professional athletes. I've journeyed across the globe, accompanying them on music tours and film sets, enriching their paths to recovery.My commitment to growth doesn't stop there. I've expanded my expertise into Performance Coaching and DBT Therapy and recently completed training as a Trauma-Informed Coach. I find my own sense of completeness in aiding others as they confront their inner demons and achieve their aspirations.My values can be summed up in the acronym SAGE – Service, Appreciation, Gratitude, and Engagement.
