Process EngineerRöchling Automotive Duncan Dec 1999 - Jul 2007Injection, Blow and Compression Molding were performed at this location, including paint and assembly. We produced large interior parts, some painted and late molded in color without paint. Insert molding and hot plate/vibration welding for over flow bottles. Numerous two component parts (hard-soft) produced with the Sliding core, Rotating platten, and transfer molded using full automation. The molds ran had as many as 8 core circuits and ran different set and pull sequences. Numerous EOAT were built in-house for cost savings or special functions required.
