One of the original eight founding employees who started the bank in 1999 that grew to 1.7 billion in assets with over 250 employees. During the first three years of operation, I performed all deposit and retail operations functions, including balancing of all applications, general ledger, and due from accounts. In addition, I handled accounts payable, fixed assets, and IT functions, maintaining server and operator security as well as administrator for end user security with Core Processor. -Oversaw and managed the day-to-day functions of Deposit Operations-Directly responsible for item processing and fraud detection review-Supervised AVP of Deposit Operations, responsible for the hiring of staff, monitoring performance, provided coaching, annual written evaluations, counsel and terminate if necessary-Oversaw the IT functions for the Bank as it pertained to end user security, core processing and communications-Member of the Information Technology Committee-Conducted and documented Business Continuity Testing-Application administrator for core processing software, setting up new products, integration, specifications, and maintaining rate indexes for interest bearing accounts-Development of the bank's deposit policies and procedures-Project Manager for the set up of Reliance Bank FSB, Fort Myers, Florida. Primary contact with data processor, setting parameters and products for the core processing software. Establishing accounts with correspondent banks as well as the Federal Reserve Bank-Set up of 11 branch locations, including ordering of supplies, equipment, and regulatory signage. Staging of PCs with data processor's core software and new accounts platform application

Overall supervision of two branches in St. Louis / Managed support team for new accounts platform system.
