As a prominent member of the Chicago legal community for over 40 years, Rick Bendix represented many company owners, buyers, and creditors to help them maximize outcomes and minimize risk in financially distressed circumstances. He helps those companies develop strategies and solutions that maximize their asset values and minimize risks.Rick received his Juris Doctor degree (cum laude) and his Bachelor of Arts degree in History (with highest honors and high distinction) from the University of Michigan. He became a member of the Phi Beta Kappa society in his Junior year. He has published numerous articles and spoken frequently on insolvency-related topics.
