EMS and SPI are contract manufacturing companies that focus on low cost solutions for the clients. At SPI, the focus is to target "struggling" suppliers for our clients which allow them to resource the work to a site in close proximity to the using source, all with a lower manufacturing cost. At EMS, while similar, the focus is on lower cost strategic.

RGB Services is my own HR consulting business that offers a wide variety of services for small to medium sized firms requiring services that range from start-up to plant closing. In addition, RGB Services is available for project work in any HR area and specializes in labor organization bargaining and administration.

Led all activities for the Human Resource group as well as the Continuous Improvement Plan (CIP) group for the St. Joseph, MI manufacturing facility.
