Help clients understand the cost benefits of replacing a purchase order system with a more cost effective credit card buying system. My role included education of clients, sales, program implementation, and card usage growth initiatives. Implementation across the corporation included the custom development of policy, cost allocation strategies, tax management strategies, general ledger integration, software implementation, and client barrier resolution. CIBC outsourced the product to eComm Strategies. eComm invited me to join them as the Regional Director, Western Canada Business Development.
