Having been working in the Retail industry for the best part of 25 years, I have held various positions in Professional Service Delivery; these roles have varied from Electronic Engineer, Implementation Team Leader to Project Manager. My current position is as a Consulting Practice Manager in which I lead a team of Project Managers, delivering multiple projects to such clients as Lloyds Pharmacy, Argos, Pepco, Joules, McColls, Burberry and Ralph Lauren.I have broad experience dealing with individual / business customers from customer care, support to account management. I am a highly motivated individual who enjoys new challenges to which I can use my skills to their full potential. Strong customer service is a key attribute of mine and I look to this as my most important asset. Customer satisfaction is what I thrive on and this I find is the most rewarding. I take great pride in my relationship with the customer and am always enthusiastic and willing; this contributes to me being seen as part of the customer’s own team and not as an ‘outside’ resource. I have an excellent telephone manner and communication skills and the ability to work under pressure is what I do best. My organisational skills are essential in my role as Consulting Practice Manager and these are demonstrated in my day-to-day activities.I am always looking at broadening my qualifications and skill set to accommodate the ever-changing IT environment and to assist in taking the customer forward.
