- Project Super on multiple projects at one time including City of Denver ROW and Utility work, Denver Parks & Rec civil projects, University of CO: chill water utility expansion, RTD civil construction, T.I. and complete core & shell retrofits of older buildings- Role includes all project layout, Civil construction layout and quality control checking, project master schedule, 3-week look-ahead schedule, delay/conflict logs, RFI’s, jobsite safety, supervise carpenters & laborers, material take-off & ordering, daily reports, quality control, and managing sub-contractors- Pre-construction duties including project planning, submittal review & markup, bid review, assistance w/ permitting, preliminary scheduling, and project interviews w/ potential clients - Provide training to carpenters & laborers and assist w/ company’s self-perform scopes of work

- Project Super on multiple projects at one time including ground up PEMB, commercial building additions, restaurants, coffee shops, high-end bar & community spaces, parks, high-rise T.I. projects, and complete core & shell retrofits of older buildings- Role includes major layout of structural steel & framing, project master schedule, 3-week look-ahead schedule, delay/conflict logs, RFI’s, jobsite safety, supervise carpenters & laborers, material take-off & ordering, daily reports, quality control, and managing sub-contractors- Pre-construction duties including project planning, submittal review & markup, bid review, assistance w/ permitting, preliminary scheduling, and project interviews w/ potential clients - Provide training to carpenters & laborers and assist w/ company’s self-perform scopes of work

- Supervise all field operations of multiple remodel projects including fast track projects of tenant improvements, medical facilities, banks, hotels, and marijuana production facilities. - Typical superintendent duties including layouts, scheduling, material ordering, managing subs, quality control monitoring, daily reports, supervision of jobsite laborers, inspections, jobsite safety, & coordination with project managers.- Estimating including assembling bids for T.I. and ground up projects. - Pre-construction duties including submittals, meeting owner/reps for scope & sample selection, reviewing subcontractor bids, plan review, minor contract writing, permitting process, assembling project notebook, and all other aspects of bidding.

- Supervise field operations for multiple remodels including fast-track T.I., pharmaceutical clean rooms & labs, and high-end residential & country clubs- Manage & schedule subcontractors- Work w/ project manager, architect, and owner’s reps to complete projects on-schedule and compile daily job reports- Supervise crew of carpenters & laborers- Print reading to consist of material take offs/ordering.- Maintain quality control - Ensuring subs fill out & follow safe plan of action worksheets - Conduct daily toolbox safety discussions & proactive evaluations to reduce risk and potential problems

- Assist super. with layout, problem-solving, task planning/means & methods, and job safety evaluations- Perform all areas of construction required of a commercial carpenter- Manage crew of carpenters & laborers- Clean room construction containment set-ups, design & build custom features
