Current- Designing and implementing controls / governance / assurance that will best deliver a portfolio of change activity to meet the 5 year strategic business plan Specifically:
- creating the department that is pivotal in understanding the health of all change activity in LNW, the centre of expertise for programme and project management practice, and a key enabler to delivering the strategic.
- setting up practices / processes where reporting, risk management, ‘lean’ techniques, portfolio management and business change management help the executive deliver strategic goals
- creating a culture where benefit management, risk management and continuous improvement are fundamental to LNW success
- putting into place simple governance structures for managing the change portfolio – portfolio boards, programme boards and project boards
- continuously improving portfolio, programme and project delivery practices – challenging positively the status quo and working with the executive to improve delivery
