About Rick Cogil

My subject focus for the last 11 years has been in the mortgage and real estate world where along the way I had multiple opportunities to participate in and graduate from Leadership Folsom, Keller Williams BOLD (twice), 2-time Chair of Folsom’s Leading Young Professional’s, and lead the Give Committee for Metro EDGE (Sac Metro Chamber Young Professional’s Group). During that span of time, I also created a Non-Profit Showcase (FLYP Cares) for local non-profits to share their vision and fund-raising campaign for local non-profits, Hairs That Care. I have a passion for giving back and teaching and have always used that mentality in my day-to-day work ethic.
