Work directly with owners and all management to insure all employees have the proper technology tools needed to accomplish their day to day tasks. This includes but not limited to windows desktop (7, 10), Microsoft Office, Office 365, Windows server 2000, Windows server 2003, Windows server 2008, and Windows server 2012. Running and maintaining a terminal server environment, remote location hookup utilizing Zyxel, Netgear, Cisco, Watchguard and Linksys routers. Many VPN, and other software connections are required to be present as well and I am expected to maintain those connections to many departments both inside and outside the company. I was responsible for a network of 10 offices located in Pryor, Wagoner, Pawhuska, a large office in Downtown Tulsa, a small 1 person office in Oklahoma City plus various other offices in the Tulsa metro area. Maintaining the entire network infrastructure from switches to carriers is a priority along with all of the copiers,printers and Mitel IP phone sustem.My duties also consist of producing marketing literature that required me to produce original artwork and also signage. I maintain the logo quality and provide artwork for all printing and outsourced media. This also includes making special themed material for various promotions. I also managed the courier department scheduling, and automation. Since the sale and purchase of Firstitle by new ownership, video production has been added to my responsibilities. I work directly with the president and the marketing director to produce various video pieces and packages for marketing, web design, and advertising. This includes the use of my personally owned video gear. I also edit the material to a finished product via Adobe Premier. Video production with FirsTitle has been a welcome addition to my duties due to the fact that I am able to utilize my 20 plus years of freelance experience in the commercial video industry.

Work directly with the president and regional VP developing new computer standards for Stewart. Utilizing skills from my previous employer I am able to help all departments set up a standard for accomplishing everyday tasks much faster and easier. This included but was not limited to windows desktop (95,98,XP), Microsoft NT server, Microsoft server 2000, Dec Alpha VMS. I was responsible for offices in Oklahoma City, Lubbock TX, Texarkana, Amarillo TX, and 5 offices in OKC. Stewart implemented a plan to bring all offices onto a WAN and it was my responsibility to get all my offices onto that WAN and to maintain the infrastructure to insure the network in running at best capacity. During my tenure at Stewart I developed a new faxing standard that worked with the DEC Alpha system that was adopted nationwide. I also adopted several hardware standards that were utilized in the larger cities within the region.

was hired as a developer and became the senior IT specialist. Again thinking outside of the box was a day to day operation here. I helped develop the standards and format still used today regarding county scanned images for both Tulsa County and Oklahoma County. I built and maintained and operated all of the computer rooms for First American Title in OKC and Tulsa, Capitol Abstract, and Oklahoma City Abstract, and Smith Brothers abstract in Tulsa. I developed the standard where images were shared via tape across all title companies in Oklahoma City and Tulsa. We were on call to take care of desktop and server related problems and issues. Turner Resource was also an imaging company that provided other resources such as video, and artwork. Our artwork even spanned over into making exclusive marketing materials for real estate agent customers.
