Rick Colella is a Commercial Manager at Clarkco Construction. He possess expertise in military, weapons, tactics, leadership, afghanistan and 39 more skills. Super Squad is a grueling competition within Marine Divisions and Rick with his other squad members won this competition. Rick and I worked very closely during our tour in Iraq in 2003, as he was my Squad Leader when I was a Team Leader. Typically, a Team Leader would take orders from his Squad Leader and carry out orders with no questions asked, but since Rick and I had such a close relationship he encouraged advice and suggestions from me and I think that says a lot about his character. I believe that a good leader is informed and knows how to give orders to his men, but a great leader is informed and knows how to listen to his men. Personal: Rick is a very good friend and someone that I would recommend for anything that involves hard work and persistence. Rick seems to get along with everyone and work well in groups. Rick has the dedication needed to see tasks through to the end and does not seem to get discouraged easily. I would not recommend Rick for anything if I did not believe that he had the drive and motivation necessary to get a job done."
