As the Pilbara Regional Manager for Regal Engineering I am responsible for all aspects of the business in the Pilbara. The business had been running at a very limited production capacity prior to my appointment.In consultation with the Directors of Regal a plan was put down & targets set to get ensure steady growth is achieved by introducing ourselves to new customers and strategically displacing other service providers by supplying a better product more cost effectively while not compromising on safety at any stage.To date the business model is working very well with a marked increase in customers and revenue.
