Responsible for management of 85 manufacturing employees with site responsibility for a 200 employee campus. Directly responsible for production, QC, warehouse and shipping. The Northlake plant produces 50 million pounds of packaging inks and 10 million pounds of coatings annually. In 2010, completed 33% cost reduction in a union environment while significantly improving service levels.As a key contributor in a strong management team, turned around culture at Northlake:Completed $10 Million plant upgrade in 2011. Implementation achieved while managing current operations. Added 2 chemical blending operations and overhauled existing processes.
