Manage all Purchases, Inventory, Receiving activities, ensuring continuity of supply for manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include those facilities located in China (Shenzhen and Hong Kong), Brazil (Sao Paolo and Atibaia, and the United States. * Coordinate activities of Global Order Management Group ensuring Orders, Forecasts are processed and managed in most expeditious manner, keeping Global Salesforce apprised of shipments, delays, etc. Objective achieved on continual basis was 96% On-Time Delivery, with continual focus being on achieving 100% On-Time delivery. * Manage activities of Director of Costing and Supply Chain Management. Global Contracts issued (result of Global Contract Bid coordinated between all Purchasing groups worldwide) allowed for 7% - 10% savings of raw component costs, year after year. Net result for 2005, approximately $10M in savings. * Manage activities of Director of Global Traffics and Logistics to ensure we are shipping product at the best cost, utilizing lane rates established whenever possible, while maintaining focus on meeting the customer promise date for shipment of product. Net result is $10,000 per month savings.* Oversee activities for U.S. Customs certification in CT-PAT (Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism), allowing for pre-clearance and expedited processing through Customs. * Facilitate the allocation of funds for worldwide supplier base, ensuring all accounts payable issues are resolved in order to process payment in a timely manner.

All PPV must be documented and submitted for approval. Due to consistent, externally audited, cycle count accuracy’s(Avg. 98%), Physical Inventories were eliminated allowing for processing of material to continue without interruption.* Implement JIT practices to ensure continuity of supply to all areas. This includes AutoReplenishment, installation of In-Plant stores, Dock-to-Stock program, EDI. Result being growth of corporation from $100M to $300M while decreasing overall inventory levels from $50M to $33M(inclusive of FG, WIP, Raw Material).

* Manage all Purchasing activities within the corporate headquarters. This includes procurement, delivery performance for buyers and suppliers, adherence to company standards relating to costs, quote activities. * Ensure that database is updated with correct supplier information, costs, lead-time, order multiples, etc.* Work with engineering, planning to ensure materials for all Prototype and Pilot production work orders are received when required.
