• Development of departmental strategic plan and execution of key short and long term goals• Oversight of $125 Million of capital improvements in 2008 and development of 2009 capital forecast• Control of $39 Million departmental operating budget and development of 2009 budget• Execution and implementation of the new HOTSOS work ticket program increasing employee efficiency• Development of customer service training and responsible for launch in September 2008• Review of all non-compliant concerns throughout the property and creation of a plan for remediation• Development of a “Green Committee” focused on all sustainability and conservation initiatives incorporated into the daily business operations of the facility

• Responsible for the oversight of all repair and maintenance work performed by the Property Operations Division. Three Departments consisting of: Engineering, Landscaping and Technical Services; total staff of approximately 275 personnel with an annual operating budget of $62 Million• Directed Human Resources responsibilities for the division including: creating a work environment that promotes teamwork, recognition, mutual respect and employee satisfaction • Supervised all aspects involved with quality hiring, training and succession planning with emphasis on how it related to the collective bargaining agreement• Provided input and execution towards the strategic plan developed for the Division and the MGM Grand

• Named as the Owners’ Representative in the Joint Venture development of the Condo Hotel Property: Three 38 story high-rise towers with 576 condo hotel units each. Approximately 1.8 million square feet of facility residing on 8 acres of property at a cost of $980 Million• Reviewed and critiqued all construction documents throughout the development process offering any and all feedback to create a Five Diamond environment and the infrastructure to support the operation• Worked on the procurement of all operating supplies and equipment • Hired all personnel in a sequence related to opening the three towers• Worked closely with the Residential Services Department on Owner issues related to construction defects.• Fully developed and controlled a $8 Million operating budget for the Engineering Services Department
