Rick Davis has over 25 years of executive search experience within all sectors of the oil and gas industry including Upstream E&P, Midstream gathering & processing and Downstream refining & marketing. Serving both public and private oil and gas companies, his engagements have included recruiting assignments for Presidents, COO’s and senior operating executives, as well as VP’s and Managers over E&P, finance, business development, land, marketing and human resources.In addition, his past international and full ex-pat search assignments have been for companies operating throughout Europe, West Africa, Southeast Asia, South America and the Middle East.Rick joined Stanton Chase in 2002 and first served as the North American Practice Leader for Energy & Natural Resources. Prior to Stanton Chase, he operated his own energy search practice (Alliance Energy Services) and previously was with the executive search division of KPMG Peat Marwick, later known as Foster Partners.While with Peat Marwick/Foster Partners, Rick served on the U.S. Oil and Gas Steering Committee for management consulting and as the National Coordinator for all energy search assignments. He was also the Managing Director for the firm’s Southwest Region with responsibility for up to six consultants in the KPMG Dallas and Houston offices.
