Het medezeggenschapsorgaan binnen TMG.Deze bestaat uit werknemers binnen het bedrijf die overleg voeren met de werkgever over het ondernemingsbeleid en de personeelsbelangen.

Samen met de andere bestuursleden was ik verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren van bijeenkomsten, borrels, workshops en reizen voor iedereen binnen TMG jonger dan 36 jaar. Dit alles staat in het teken van het verder ontwikkelen van jezelf binnen het bedrijf en om de lijnen in zo'n grote organisatie korter te maken.

MakingName.tv is an initiative created by Rick de Graaff and Frank van Rooijen.Best Friends, film/tv makers, dreamers, adventurers, and followers of the Good Life. Besides working on projects in and around their homes in Amsterdam, they travel around the world to discover the media and entertainment industry, trying to make name for themselves. In 2009 they took of to Hollywood for 90 days with a "do-it-yourself" mentality, a plundered savings account (which was good for a poor $5000,-), and came back with a 20 episode long reality series about there exploration of Hollywood. Broadcasted by dutch Public broadcasters BNN's 101.tv and Radio 538 TV. But this was just the beginning, after creating an new TV adventure in Japan (that is still on the editing shelf), they are now creating there next dream TV project.MakingName is all about chasing dreams and entertaining others.

As a freelancer I worked as a cameraman, editor, (assistant)director and producer on all kinds of projects.From movies to television series and commercials.Currently I produce lots of material for Dutch couturier Addy van den Krommenacker, varying from background footage during shows to full coverage of his haute couture, events and fashion shows.As an editor and cameraman I made lots of corporate projects, both intern and externally.To name a few: ING, Delta Lloyd, Nationale-Nederlanden, TATA Steel and Muchachomalo.As a production assistant I worked on films as 'De Heineken Ontvoering' and 'De Wederopstanding van een Klootzak'.For the film 'Ushi Must Marry' I worked as an assistant director.
