I supervise the Development, Design, Security, Operations, and Maintenance Retail Enterprise Merchant IT Environment for Army MWR World-wide. My staff includes System Engineers, Network Administrators, System Administrators, DBAs, and customer support analysts. We manage a PCI DSS compliant environment operating on the Army Network. The environment is modeled after the Association of Retail Technology Standards Hybrid model with corporate level systems managed in a hosted environment and the critical in-the-store applications operational in the store location. These systems receive security, Windows Updates, and remote management from the central data center in San Antonio, Texas. I am also responsible for budget preparation and execution for a $13M IT budget.

I developed 14 flight testing applications for the 777 aircraft. I was responsible for interfaces with the engineers and DBAs for the applications as well as all documentation. Led a high performing team.
