• Draft, review, amend and negotiate all land related types of drilling, exploration and production contracts, both on and offshore, including, but not limited to, Operating Agreements, Unit Agreements, Farmout/Farmin Agreements, Exploration Agreements,• Joint Venture Agreements, Seismic Option Agreements, Purchase and Sale Agreements, Leases, Process Handling Agreements and Surface Damage Releases.• Prepared, presented and successfully closed numerous internally generated drilling prospects with industry parties.• Created a Business Development Data Base of over 100 potential investors for internally generated prospects.• Evaluated, negotiated and acquired drilling prospects submitted by industry parties.
