Responsible for development on two product families (Phacoemulsification equipment – Windows/QNX6 and Femtosecond lasers - QNX6).Technical Lead on cross functional development projects for these product families.Member of the Laser Cataract Surgery Strategy team defining future laser product development direction.Grew teams from 6 employees and one full time contractor to 11 employees and 3 full time contractors.
