Report to the CFO and lead 65 associates responsible for revenue management of our five lines of business. FY 2008 revenue was $ 81 million, an increase of 14 percent.Developed an extensive performance dashboard presenting revenue, cash collection, and days sales outstanding trends along with eight other metrics.Implemented electronic bank depositing, bank lockbox scanning, automated credit card processing, and an enterprise document management system.

Reported to the CEO with responsibility for all aspects of the hospital's financial administration. Directed a four-state, 16 member Medicare benefits integrity team. Our FY 1999 savings to cost ratio was 4 to 1.Led a management team charged with restructuring the tri-state Medicare investigation function. The consolidation saved $200,000 in salaries and increased recoveries by 33 percent. Originating member of the Southern district of Ohio US Attorney's Fraud Task Force.
