Here’s a look at my key responsibilities and achievements in this role: -Established myself as a go-to expert for Internet Business Metrics by identifying trends through metrics and thresholds using tools like Splunk, New Relic, and TeaLeaf. I also played a central role in transitioning this responsibility to our department. -Validated infrastructure changes across numerous applications through both manual testing and automated scripting using Ruby, enhancing our testing efficiency.
