● Case management of Worker Compensation claims, including reporting, liaising with the insurer,arranging and overseeing return to work processes of injured employees;● Participate in the development and execution of injury prevention and management strategies(both short and long term);● Build and maintain relationships with appropriate stakeholders (such as internal managers,clients, insurers, doctors, rehabilitation providers);● Maintain health information, medicals and data integrity;● Actively ensure the requirements of the Coal Mine Worker’s Health Scheme are met;● Reviewing pre-employment health checks for new starters to ensure compliance with companystandards and regulatory requirements;● Analysis of health data to identify trends to inform necessary mitigating measures and controls;● Implement and maintain the health requirements of the Project Management Plan (PMP) andIntegrated Management System (IMS);● Contribute to the development and coordination of strategies for the business health andwellbeing program;● Providing advice and support to BUMA sites on all health and injury matters;● Provide leadership and functional support around all health matters to all stakeholders withinBUMA Australia;● Ensure strict adherence to health regulations and policies, while implementing comprehensive;risk management strategies to minimise workplace hazards;● Serve as the central point of contact and coordination for stakeholders, facilitatingcommunication, collaboration and decision-making on all health-related issue;
