About Rick Fleming

I pride myself in being an accomplished manager of electrical projects, with strong project management and technical skills with over 25 years in the electrical industry. I have completed the Advanced Project Management Certificate Program at Langara College.I possess an Electrical Inter-Provincial Red Seal Journeyman ticket and an FSR Class B Electrical Contractor license. I have experience working with residential, commercial and industrial electrical systems, and have an advanced working knowledge of numerous technical components which has involved the maintaining of CSA, ISO and QA documentation and also liaising with stakeholders and others on various projects within the industry. 

I am passionate in guiding projects through their full lifecycle. I excel in an environment where I can both utilize my natural ability to recognize opportunities for continual improvement and organize projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
