I became an automotive mechanic early In my working life. My love for cars drove me to learn all I could even though I didn't receive any class room training. In 1996 I moved to North Carolina to pursue a career in NASCAR. By the end of 1999 I had secured my first position as crew chief.Along the way I learned the skills to successfully run a multi-million dollar organization including P&L, HR, and lean manufacturing of race vehicles in accordance with rules of NASCAR.
