I am an energetic professional who brings extensive experience in customer/brand/employee experience research, statistical analysis, and business strategy within multiple business sectors along with a passion for thought leadership development. I am an experienced public speaker with an ability to establish and build rapport with audiences, partners, and C-Suite leadership teams across all industry levels.
