Work with 4 Wholesalers to manage approximately 1 million cases of Henieken USA products on an annual basis. Create and manage Distributor Business Plans with each Wholesaler to set, and achieve volume, distribution, and new product introduction goals. Distributor management, key customer planning, managing pricing strategy, and sales and performance management are some of the keys to success in this position. Additionaly, my Team manages the business approach for the Illinois Liquor Chain Channel, the largest channel in the state to set plans and ads for stores across Illinois.

Charged with the Performance & Management of Heineken USA’s Dutch, Mexican, and English portfolios for both the On and Off premise throughout 4 Key wholesalers in the Chicago DMA. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, the planning and execution of HUSA’s On and Off-Premise programs and driving performance within wholesaler teams while developing HUSA’s relationships with key accounts and bar/restaurant groups.

Manage portfolios for Guinness USA, Coors Brewing Company, and Boston Beer Company for the largest beer distributor in the United States. Create, drive, and track incentive programs for Sales Representatives and Sales Managers. Manage annual budgets for marketing, promotions, merchandise, and incentives. Forecast volume and distribution goals in conjunction with suppliers’ annual business plans. Prepare and execute resets for independent and chain stores.

Representative responsible for sales, promotions, and merchandising of premium and imported brands to 80+ on/off premise accounts. Interacted with privately owned businesses and chains to secure orders, pricing, cooler/floor space, and increase market share. Identified market trends in the industry by utilizing Nielsen reports and fact based selling. Served as a Draft Technician for events such as; Taste of Chicago, Blues Festival, Market Days, and Chicago Bears Games.
