Rick began his professional career as an Industrial Security Representative (ISR) with the Defense Investigative Service (now Defense Security Service) in 1987 in the Washington DC Field Office. Over the course of his 12 year career with DIS/DSS he spent the majority of his time in the field as an ISR. He finished the last three years of his career with DSS as a Program Manager at the DSS National Computer Center in Linthicum, MD.In 1999 Rick joined Northrop Grumman Corporation as an Information System Security Manager (ISSM) in Melbourne, FL. From 1999 – 2005 he took on numerous jobs with increasing responsibilities progressing from ISSM to Site Security Manager and then Business Area Manager. In 2005 Rick was promoted to Director of Security for the Northrop Grumman Ship Systems Sector based in Pascagoula, MS (now Huntington Ingalls Industries). Areas of responsibility include physical security, personnel security, crisis management, information security and investigations. January 2022 Rick was selected as Corp Director of Security and Emergency Management for HII. Rick Graham has a BS in Criminal Justice from Eastern Kentucky University and a MA in Management with an emphasis in Human Resources from Webster University and is an ASIS, Certified Protection Professional. Professionally, Rick has over 30 years of experience in the security field.Rick has served as a council member on the National Industrial Security Program Policy Advisory Committee (NISPPAC), has been an active member of the National Defense Industries Association (NDIA) since 2000 and the Defense Industrial Base Sector Coordinating Council.
