For the past 14 years I have worked in the Construction industry, most recently as a Project Administrator/Accountant. I have 12 years of experience as the Payroll Administrator for a family owned Construction Company. Prior to that I was the Office Manager for a small accounting firm which specialized in providing accounting and tax preparation services for fast food Franchisees. These positions have provided me with the opportunity to develop my skills and knowledge in many areas including; union and non-union payroll processing, employee benefits, construction project administration and accounting, client billing, accounts payable, the accounting and tax preparation process, and computer network administration. I have built a reputation as a conscientious, dependable, detail oriented, and well organized individual with strong communication skills. I am eager to accept responsibility and new challenges. In addition, my experience has included: hiring, training and managing a retail sales staff of over 15; providing professional customer service in various capacities; and the facilities management of an Architecture firm of 55 people. Through education and personal study, I have developed excellent computer skills and am quick to learn new applications.
