I joined the workforce in 1992 as a fisherman on the Chesapeake Bay. I have learned a lot since then and continue to use many of the skills I have picked up along the way. Having been a teacher in both public and private school systems, a coach, and a downhill ski/ snowboard instructor among other things, I understand the importance of communicating well in the unique style of the audience. That skill translates across every major category of industry and trickles down into every job ever created. I believe that consistency and communication are the keys to great relationships so that's what I look for in clients and colleagues.
