I am fortunate to have that very necessary skill and it continues to serve me.I bring a strong managerial component to all the projects I pursue. I have served on non-profit boards, raised money for The Ohio State University, learned to fly in the military and assumed second generation ownership of an iconic Toledo, Ohio business. In return I honed my skills in working with a wide variety of people who came together for a particular reason. I care about fellow workers and do everything possible to help and improve them.The world changes more quickly than ever and the amount of information is almost staggering. Fortunately there are basic steps every business must complete in order to be successful. They include financial literacy, hiring the right people, knowing that marketing and sales is really about people and not just literature or pens.
