As a Real Estate Asset Manager, I handle the day-to-day operations for real estate property assets that have receivers and property agents.══ DEVELOPMENT ══Within the Fairfax District of downtown Los Angeles, I successfully run a twenty unit apartment complex. I handle all of the day-to-day processes from policy, procedure, and program adherence to the standards of maintenance of the building and grounds, to tenant relations and accounting functions following the owner’s goals.
