Operations supervisor for the service department for service and retrofit projects. Established budgets and measured financial performance of the service department. Defined and developed service department workflow processes, and employed technology solutions to improve efficiency and productivity of a 20 technician department. Implemented a mobile device-based service operations software solution for field operations, and revamped office client software. Coordinate between dispatching and purchasing departments to improve job scheduling. Provide immediate supervision of technicians and other contractors as required. Perform weekly invoicing and ensure department AR/AP is processed on time. Interface between sales, customers, and technicians to ensure customer satisfaction with all work performed.
