Position Summary:As the Director of Inspired Closets, a national brand, I oversee the growth and efficiency of our dealership network, generating over $50 million in annual wholesale revenue. From conducting market research, establishing flagship showrooms throughout the United States, and expanding to 67 locations (soon to be 80) nationwide, I've been involved since the outset. My focus lies in crafting and executing strategic sales and marketing plans that adhere to our mission, values, and financial objectives. Our ongoing success is evidenced by our remarkable year-over-year growth of 25% each year for the past 8 years, allowing us to consistently gain market share across the United States.In pursuit of revenue growth and network expansion, I execute and deploy a range of strategic methodologies. These encompass:• The formulation of annual budgets and forecasts. • The monitoring and assessment of individual dealership business performance metrics. • Facilitating seamless transitions for new partners entering the brand network. • Collaborating with the marketing and product teams, while establishing alliances with third-party agencies to optimize digital marketing resource allocations for each market. • Soliciting input from the executive team to determine the required investments from The Stow Company to bolster its growth trajectory. • Fostering engagement with internal stakeholders across diverse departments ensures the seamless coordination of training, tools, and essential resources vital for field support. • Utilizing Salesforce CRM as a pivotal tool for reporting and performance metrics.

Responsible for supporting and developing our dealership network sales in the Western United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Dominican Republic. I collaborate directly with Owners, General Managers, and sales staff in a consultative role to help them achieve their business goals and experience the success of running a profitable business. Areas of leadership include:-business planning-market development and strategy-pricing-human resources-training-marketing-sales and best practices for success.I also managed our Dealer Support team at this time.

ORG West Michigan is a custom home storage and organization company serving Grand Rapids, the lakeshore and the greater West Michigan areas. We provide home owners, builders and businesses custom designed and installed storage/organization solutions. As General Manager I was responsible for all aspects of the business: operations, sales, sales management, accounting, marketing, HR and had full P&L responsibilities.

Provider of quality inspection, sorting, containment, and engineering services.
