Oversee the installation of pipework,pipelines and equipment by a multicultural workforce on the West Qurna 2 Project Basra Iraq.Working to a very tight deadline "First Oil" was achieved in March 2014 and now continuing on extension work and new wellheads.Working on a 28/28 Rota ensuring a detailed handover with my B2B.

Project Coordinator for Synthomer, the Client on a an £9m Polymer Plant extension that involves a large extension of a new portal building along with 14 new vessels with pumps and associated equipment and 2 new tank farms incorporating approx 7000mtrs pipework. Working solely off the P+ID’S I am involved with the identifying of all the Tie in points and locating valve replacements and liaising with the Draftsman in preparation for the Subcontract Piping Company to procure materials fabricate and install the pipework. As the only focal point on Site working for the Project/CDM Manager it is my responsibility to coordinate the Piping, Electrical and Steel Erection Company reporting any delays or budget changes and overseeing the Scaffold Company to work upfront allowing access to the work fronts preventing delays and by demonstrating a commitment to safety through personal application. Interface with the Commissioning team by participating in “walk downs” of priority systems in order to generate punch lists in preparation for handover and commissioning.

Working as the Performing Authority for the biggest Construction Company in........The World!, Liaising with the Issuing Authorities to make sure that the permits are all in place and adhered to on the construction of a new Acid plant on the live Gas Terminal as part of the Morcambe Bay Gas Project.. Coordinate between C.O.P / Centrica and the Construction and Civil Companies to ensure construction activities do not overlap. Both Parties can then fulfill their respective obligations working under COMAH and CDM Regulations.

Issue the permits and ensure that the safety is maintained on a very safety orientated Project that has just reached the remarkable achievement of 2 Million Work Hrs without a lost time accident.Oversee the installation of the Pipework with a muti cultural workforce with very tight deadlines to meet. Answer any Technical Queiries and proccure any shortages.Working off the P+IDs to correctly identify any Spec changes and that the Valve and instrumentation are correctly Installed.Work with the service providers to maintain progress with the Building and removing of Scaffolds.

Isle Of Grain Kent.

Walk down Pipework systems prior to test ensuring lines have been installed as the P+ID. Over see the sub contract companies to close out outstanding punch items.

Walk down completed systems in preperation to Start up.Working off the P&ID's closing out Punch items and answering Technical Queries to enable a Steam Blow to take place and the Succesfull Running of the Turbine.

Work closely with the Engineers to prioritise, order and take delivery of Pipework Spools from the laydown area.Work with the rigging Supervision to erect pipework in preperation for the Piping squads to install the systems.Punch out systems, nearing critical handover dates and oversee the relevant Supervision to close out Punch Items.

Identified Scope and Schedule changes.Submit TQ's to the client and also to Fabricom QC Dept.Provide Technical assistance to the Supervision ensuring that we maintained the Technical Quality and efficient timescale of the extra work.
