Manage daily operations of Radiology Department consisting of, Cat Scan, Nuclear Medicine, MRI, Diagnostic Imaging, and Ultra Sound. Our Volumes are over 160,000/yr with over 100 employees.I oversee the daily operations budget as well as the Capital Budget. We are licensed for approximately 400 beds and average daily census is 200+.I also work on a planning committee for a new Outpatient Imaging Center to open in two years.

• Opened the Hospital’s first combination Cardiac Cath / Interventional Radiology Lab• Purchase all equipment and supplies needed for daily operations utilizing LEAN methodology• Administrate hemodynamic reporting system (Philips EXPER)• Implement policies and procedures for personnel roles• Maintain charge master for cath lab and IR procedures• Submit billing for all procedures performed• Submit monthly reports to administration• Train staff for various procedures and equipment• Submit personnel evaluations to management• Maintain all radiation safety standards and reports• Scrub, monitor, and circulate all procedures
