Project Title: Managing service for a Tier one operator Role: Sr. Operation Team Lead Duration: 2019/10 - 2023/06 key Technologies Used: Netcracker Solution Summary: As an operation team lead, I made the plan for day-to-day operations and delivered the solution to archive the customer's business objects to support the customer from the beginning of the client's business to the million customers. 3. Project Title: 4G network optimization solution Role: Pre-sales/Project Manager Duration: 2017/02 - 2019/10 key Technologies Used: Engineering sales support, vEPC, and 4G network traffic optimization and monitor.Summary: As a pre-sale and project manager, I supported all sales activities and presented the solution to the customer, engaged with the network team to analyze their pain point, and provided the solution to the client.
