Work in the Engineering Industry and wear various hats. As a Field Representative, I am a Construction inspector on Various DOT projects of Various sizes and locations. In the past couple of years these projects have focused on ADA remediation. As a Construction Manager, I have worked primarily on DOT projects in Various locations throughout the state. Primarily focused on ADA remediation. Working with the Owner, Contractor and Inspectors to help Mediate and Deliver successful projects. As a Surveyor, I work in the field and in the office on Various projects throughout our Region. Working with Civil 3D, TBC and Trimble Equipment to create and deliver successful projets.

Our surveyors (Me included) are involved with all aspects of the survey process which is crucial to the success of our group. This includes research, planning, field work (GPS, Conventional methods), processing, drafting, modeling, layout and delivery. Working with clients and being a positive presence with contractors is critical. Thinking outside the box and running with information on the fly is one of the most satisfying part of my job. We do various types of surveys - ALTA, Boundary, ROS, Partitions, LLA, large and small scale topographic surveys (Design), construction layouts (large and small). We work with utility companies for transmission lines and sustainable energy retrieval (Solar Farms). Overall, Parametrix is very high on personal and mental health, helping to obtain personal goals and very supportive of family life.

Provide field and office support for a small locally grown survey company. We travel throughout Oregon providing survey services. Services include: Topographic surveys, Boundary, ROS, Partitions, Site Plans, ALTA, Construction Inspection/Management, construction Staking. We use both AutoCad and Carlson software while utilizing Leica total stations and GPS.

As a GIS technician I collect or use collected Survey to resource grade data and create a GIS or import additional data to existing GIS. Create maps and deliverable for small to large scale projects.

Oversee construction activities for small to large scale projects throughout Oregon. Prepare daily reports, interpret engineering plans and specifications, often mediate between owner and contractor as well as the public. Quantities are taken daily to weekly, hold weekly meetings, prepare monthly pay requests.

Given a project to collect historical features for the Ashland Historical District. These features are collected with GPS, processes, imported into a GIS, manipulated data, created a finished product for other departments to use.
