Initially seconded onto the role of Management Information Manager (MI) for four months; from June 2006 this role was made permanent. The main aim of the MI manager and team was to provide a key support function to NCO and its 4 sites in the UK. Initially the main focus of the role was to build and manage a new MI team of five MI Analysts who were solely responsible for all of NCO Europe’s internal/client reporting, processes and statistical analysis. The role also incorporated troubleshooting specific areas of the business that required system enhancement, new reporting and new systems solutions developed.I was involved in several major projects within the NCOE business, all of which had a positive impact on revenue and/or productivity of the businesses operational and support staff. Examples of such projects are :Managing, maintaining, supporting and developing NCO’s 200 seat Ensemble Pro Dialler system (inbound and outbound blended). This included liaising on a regular basis with all levels of management from the Managing Director to Operation staff, clients and 3rd party vendors.Create a new Management Information Team based in our head office in Preston, consisting of 5 Management Information Analysts who I trained and mentored (on a technical and personal level) to become key support staff within the business.
