I have over 35 years of experience providing individual, couple, group, and family therapy. I integrate IFS, EFT, relational-psychodynamic, and Humanistic-Existential models. Having written two books on the topic ("Reclaiming Your Real Self" as well as "Spirituality in Counseling and Psychotherapy"), I have particular interest in integrating spirituality and models of psychological wellness. In addition to being a Licensed Psychologist/therapist, I am an Executive Coach and the founder of Rick Johnson Consulting Group (RJCG), which is a group of experienced therapists who focus on increasing leadership skills, resolving interpersonal challenges in the workplace, and facilitating collaborative teams. We utilize a unique Differentiated Leadership model and the PRINT® assessment system for individual and organizational consultation.
