I am currently in the late stages of my working career. I am looking to work part-time as a consultant and assist organizations mitigate their security, emergency actions and guard force concerns.

I'm retiring from Government Service as the Antiterrorism and Resource Protection Program Manager for the USAF Space Launch Program at Cape Canaveral AF Station and Patrick AFB where I worked from 2009 to 2019. I'm branching out into independent security consulting and have worked with companies such as Watermark Risk Management as an Associate Senior Security Consultant. I am available for other challenges and opportunities immediately.

Under a U.S. Trade and Development Agency contract I helped conduct a port security assessment for the Port of Klaipeda, Lithuania to rate the security of 16 terminals of this port. Conducted a comprehensive review of port procedures in developing law enforcement plans, technology, and waterside security for 16 terminals and the port authority to comply with international ship and port standards.
