My current responsibilities as a Project Manager include managing end to end projects from requirements gathering, design, construction to implementation including budgeting. I work directly with the user community and manage the technology development of the project. I manage not only the Deliverables of the project but also interact directly with the development teams and programmers to ensure that the requirements for the projects are met. The projects I have been working on for the last four years have been for the Canadian Division of Bank of America. The technology has been diverse managing projects for On-Line Banking, web Based applications as well as large scale Cobol DB2 applications. I have implemented from very large multi-million dollar projects to smaller projects. In addition have been responsible , I have been responsible for communicating in large user community meetings to Senior Management.Project: Bank of America Credit Card Conversion Manager:Responsibilities included managing the development of software to convert multiple million dollar portfolio’s into Bank of America’s Credit Card loans. Was a primary manager for the overall conversion of the Bank of America Portfolio into MBNA’s portfolio which consisted of over 45 MM Bank of America Credit Card Accounts. Additional responsibility included the budgeting of the conversion, managing development, test management support as well as implementation responsibilities.Major Projects Project Manager:Responsibilities included managing major project development of significant development for MBNA /Bank of America. The projects were over 5 Million Dollar projects with multiple development groups from mainframe groups using DB2 to On-Line Banking and Web based distributed Systems. Implemented cutting edge applications which set the direction for the bank moving away from VSAM applications to On-Line applications using DB2, while interfacing with Web Service applications.

Project Manager AAdvantage DepartmentWas responsible for the development of several projects using IEF development so support the AAdvantage program at American Airlines. Project Manager – Major Development: Project manager for major development of new Reservation system for Hotels and Rental Car applications using IEF development tool.
