-Develop plans and establish goals for market growth-Identify and pursue new opportunities with owners, general contractors, and specifiers-Provide technical support and consultation of designers and specifiers-Support of in-territory, independent sales representatives-Maintain 3rd party and vendor relationships

- Close coordination with the Hydrotech regional and district sales managers and independent sales representatives in the territory.- Identify potential opportunities within the territory- Travel within territory in support of local independent sales representatives and sales managers, including contractor training, educational presentations, and project specific coordination meetings-Leadership in numerous Garden Roof Department projects including new green roof plant investigations, plant nutrition and growing media dynamics.- Coordination with Hydrotech’s Garden Roof suppliers of plant materials, growing media blends and related green roof elements.-Assistance in resolving issues that occur with projects within territory.
